Hello and welcome! I’m really happy you dropped by! I started this blog as a creative outlet to show my never ending projects around the house. My two girls and husband know if they stand still they might be spray painted gold! 

My passion is to decorate, and more importantly, to be able to decorate on a dime. There is no end to the many places where you can find forgotten or unwanted items that with a little imagination, and very little money, can become decorative treasures. I hope this blog will show you how to find and create these treasures and incorporate them into your own home’s décor. 

As you explore my blog you will meet my two main supervisors on all projects; our beloved Bichon Zuzu and his adopted brother our rescue cat Linus…they will make an appearance now and then! There’s even a special section entitled “Zuzu Says” where you can find quick tips and decorating hints.
